Children’s ministry
“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6).
Sunday school is designed to present the love of Jesus to kids in a way that is exciting and makes sense to them. Every week they get to play games, experience dynamic worship, work on a Bible memory verse, learn an interesting object lesson, and receive prayer and make friends in a small group.
ladies ministry
“Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies." (Proverbs 31:10)
The purpose of the Ladies Ministry at Jesus Name UPC is to meet the spiritual needs of each lady, whether it be healing, restoration, or deliverance. We are here to encourage uplift, inspire, and pray for one another while bringing unity among our ladies.
Men’s ministry
"The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way." (Psalms 37:23)
Men's ministry is a fellowship ministry geared toward men of all ages. Participating in the events hosted by this ministry will provide you with new friendships and grow your relationship with God.
youth/hyphen ministry
Hyphen seeks to connect 18-30 year olds to service…with purpose…through resources…for a mission. The purpose of this ministry is to inspire and encourage the development of young adult ministries. The Church needs Apostolic Hyphen with one hand tightly clutching Truth and another hand in the world grasping for the lost!
Our youth/hyphen help in many aspects of the service including singing, assisting in media and in Sunday school. Once a month we join with Loraine youth for a youth rally.
